Women Design Southern-Inspired Neckties

Inspired by the Southern men they grew up with, Emmie Claire Howard and Reagan Elizabeth Hardy co-founded Southern Proper, an Atlanta company that features a Southern-inspired line of neckties, bowties and accessories. Each bowtie (Beaus) and necktie (Gents) is adorned by hand-drawn designs and crafted with a touch of Southern charm.

Offering a preppy twist on the classic polka-dot style, the Southern Spots collection includes dotted neckwear in an array of pastel colors with a color palette perfectly matched for springtime in the South. Southern Proper is carried exclusively at H. Stockton, and Atlanta clothing store with four locations.
