Returns & Exchanges
For your convenience, orders placed on our website may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and processing charges) or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as the merchandise is not visibly worn. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We only accept returns or exchanges by mail, so please do not attempt to deliver in person.
All products in our sale section are sold as final sale only, and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
For a refund, include the product you are returning and the original packing slip. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please be aware that it may take up to a full billing cycle for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
For exchanges, please fill out and include our exchange form. A copy of the form was included with your order. If you no longer have the form, a copy can be found here.

In addition to standard shipping, we also offer 3 day and overnight shipping within the United States.
We are only able to offer standard shipping for our international customers at this time.

We cannot always guarantee that our products will be immediately available for shipping. If an item in your order is backordered, you will be charged at the time the order is placed. The item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
