Southern Proper accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through the company website (www.southernproper.com) as long as the returned product is not visibly worn or damaged. For a refund, the original packing slip and invoice must be returned along with the product within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be made in the original form of payment. Please note that for credit to your credit card, it may take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your statement.

For products purchased at one of our retail partner stores, please refer to their return policy for guidance.

Exchanges

Southern Proper accepts exchanges as long as the product is not visibly worn or damaged by the user and the exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase. If you would like an exchange, please send the product back to:

Please include a note in your package indicating the size and style that you would like, in addition to a return address and telephone number. We will then send you the replacement product as soon as possible.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, you may contact us at (478) 731-5067 or customerservice@southernproper.com and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.
