Southern Proper accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through the company website ( as long as the returned product is not visibly worn or damaged. For a refund, the original packing slip and invoice must be returned along with the product within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be made in the original form of payment. Please note that for credit to your credit card, it may take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your statement. Please note that most exchanges take up to 14 business days.

Online Orders & Shipping


Order placed on Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday. All orders are shipped through USPS and UPS. We do not offer Sunday delivery. Delivery time refers to business days only. Delivery estimates do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package in order for you to track the status of your item.

Next Day Air: 1 business day

Expedited Shipping:

3 Day Shipping & Next Day orders must be placed before 3pm EST to be processed that day. If placed after 3pm, the order will be processed the following business day.

Return shipping:
