Bought this for a gift in time for it to ship and arrive. Said on the website 7 in stock when I ordered. I got an email from them 24 hours after the order saying none in stock but the website still shows 4 in stock. Now my gift will not arrive in time and if they had updated the website or not allowed me to spend my money I would have bought something elsewhere that would have arrived in time.
Why would you have a website that allows customers to purchase items they say in stock (7 in stock) then not update your inventory.
Very bad service in a digital world where updating inventory is so easy to do. If you can’t guarantee the service you shouldn’t even attempt to offer online shopping.
You have nothing with the black dog logo in stock in size Large. I guess that is what I should expect from a crappy, dying company who charges $40 for a tshirt and can’t even pay someone to update online inventory.

I should have known you were crap when the price was incorrect for your attempt at a “sale” saying “wait! Get this hat for $18“ at the checkout scree then you add to cart it still showed $28.
You should fire your website managers, they suck!

I ordered this shirt and called customer service, emailed and text them about not receiving this long sleeve shirt. I never heard from the company after I made several attempts. I even reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they could never get a response from Southern Proper.
Decal on shirt is cheap quality; shirt is thinner than some of my wife’s panties
Was very nice material, they just run a little large.
